VIP Floor seating is located in the first nine rows of the floor (rows AAA through F), directly in front of the Pavilion Stage. This section has been reconfigured for 2008 and now contains fewer rows and seats, resulting in a more spacious seating environment. As a result, the former "VIP Circle" membership program has been discontinued. We are, however, offering a new "VIP Plus" package for two. See below for details.
The Capital Jazz Fest is offering a limited number of VIP
Plus Packages for 2008. The package includes two adjacent
VIP Floor seats in the Center Floor section, a VIP parking pass
for one vehicle, and admission for two to the VIP Deck.
The VIP Deck is a private area adjacent to the Pavilion Stage
that features a refreshment bar, cash bar, and private rest
rooms.
VIP Plus packages are only available through E-ticketing on this
web site. They are not available through TicketMaster or at
the box office.
VIP Plus packages for the 2008 Capital Jazz Fest are
no longer available.

All Pavilion seating is reserved. All seats are covered.
All General Admission seating is outdoors and on a first-come first-serve basis. Seating is available on the main lawn, the side lawns, and in Symphony Woods. Specific seating locations are not guaranteed. Arrive early for best seating.
Discounts are available to groups of ten or more persons
attending the Capital Jazz Fest on the same day. Group
discounts are for general admission seating only and are not
available for Pavilion seating. Group tickets may only be
purchased by mail-order, using our special group ticket order
form. Group tickets are not available through TicketMaster or
ticketmaster.com and credit cards are not accepted.
The deadline for receipt of group ticket orders is Friday,
May 9.
The Symphony Woods Stage is located in Symphony Woods, on the festival grounds. Chair seating and lawn seating are available at the Symphony Woods Stage on a first-come first-serve basis. All seating is general admission, i.e. no reserved seats. All seating at this stage is outdoors.
Tickets purchased at TicketMaster outlets, via TicketMaster phone charge, or at ticketmaster.com are subject to TicketMaster service charges. If paying by credit card, an additional service charge will apply.
All festival patrons must adhere to the list of restrictions. Click on the TIPS & RESTRICTIONS link for more info.
