Reservations
Deposits
A deposit of $300 per person (or $500 per person for suites) is required to reserve a cabin on the SuperCruise. If you will be booking a double-occupancy cabin, your cabin number will not be assigned until deposits have been received for both roommates. If only one party will be occupying a double-occupancy cabin, a $600 deposit will be required. Initial deposits must be made by credit or debit card only. Checks are not accepted for deposits.
Installment Payments
After making deposit payment, guests must make monthly installment payments for the remaining balance. Minimum monthly payment is $250 per person (or $350 per person for suites) until balance is paid in full. Payments will be due on the 15th of each month beginning Jan 15, 2012. All remaining balances are due in full by July 15, 2012. For cabins booked after June 30, 2012, full payment is due at time of booking.
Late Payment Policy
Customers on the monthly installment plan are required to make regular payments in accordance with the above schedule. If an account becomes 30 days past due, the customer will lose their cabin assignment and their reservation will be converted to Waiting List status. The customer will then have 30 days to bring the account current. If the account is brought current within those 30 days, they will receive a new cabin assignment, based on current availability and pricing. Any early discounts will be lost and the account balance adjusted accordingly. If an account becomes 60 days past due, the reservation will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
For reservations made through June 30, 2012, deposits are fully-refundable, for any reason, until 15 days after the date of initial booking. Guests canceling their reservations after 15 days will forfeit their deposit and any payments made. For reservations made after June 30, 2012, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Guests are encouraged to obtain trip-cancellation insurance. Capital Jazz does not sell this insurance, but you can view various insurance options at www.insuremytrip.com.
Group Bookings
The SuperCruise offers incentives for groups booking ten or more paid cabins on the SuperCruise. One complimentary cabin will be offered for every ten paid cabins booked in a group.

Dining Options
All guests are required to select a dining option at the time of booking. The dining option applies to the dinner seating time for the main dining rooms only. (There are no assigned seating times for breakfast or lunch or for any meals served at any of the other dining venues on the ship.) Generally, early dining seating is at 6:00pm and late dining seating is at 8:30pm. These times may vary on certain evenings during the SuperCruise. If you will be sharing a cabin with roommates, all guests in your cabin must choose the same dining time. Note that all seating within the dining rooms is open seating, with no assigned tables.
Sun King Steakhouse
Upscale dining is available in the ship's steakhouse on Deck 10, which features seafood, steaks, gourmet appetizers, and a signature wine list, served in an elegant atmosphere. Dinner at the steakhouse is by reservation only and an additional per-person fee applies, which includes appetizer, entree, dessert, and gratuity.
Trip Insurance
It is recommended that trip cancellation insurance be purchased. Capital Jazz does not sell this insurance, but you can review various insurance options at www.insuremytrip.com.
Passports

Fee for Changes
A $25 fee (or $75 after June 30, 2012) applies for any changes made to an existing reservation, including changes to guest names, cabin assignments, dining assignments, cabin upgrades, or addition of roommates. This fee is charged per cabin, not per guest. This fee does not apply for the correction of errors made by us.
Required Information
To expedite your reservation, please have the following information ready when making your reservation:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Requested cabin category (see PRICING page for available options)
- Dining preference (early or late)
- Credit card payment info
- Note: Requests for specific cabin number assignments cannot be guaranteed
If you will have a roommate, the following additional info will be needed:
- Roommate's name as it appears on their passport
- Roommate's street address
- Roommate's phone number
- Roommate's e-mail address
- Roommate's date of birth
- Roommate's country of residence
Important: If your roommate will be paying his/her deposit separately, your reservation cannot be confirmed until the roommate's deposit is received.
