Capital Jazz Fest 2020
NOTICE: Governor Hogan recently imposed an indefinite moratorium on public gatherings throughout the state of Maryland due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, we are forced to postpone our 28th annual Capital Jazz Fest, originally scheduled for June 5-7, 2020. If you have applied for exhibitor space at the festival, your application fee will be automatically refunded to you. Please allow a few weeks for these refunds to be processed.
The Festival Marketplace, located on the grounds of the Capital Jazz Fest, showcases domestic and international exhibitors displaying quality traditional and non-traditional crafts. If you are an artisan interested in exhibiting in the Festival Marketplace, you will need to submit a craft exhibitor application. Applications will be accepted until March 27, 2020.
All applications must be submitted using the ZAPP online application system. ZAPP members can log in to their ZAPP account at www.zapplication.org. If you are not a ZAPP member, you may register for a free ZAPP account by clicking here.
If you are a corporation or business selling anything other than crafts (traditional or non-traditional), you must apply as a commercial exhibitor, using the link below. Applications will be accepted until May 15, 2020.
If you would like to apply to be a food concessionnaire for the Capital Jazz Fest, please contact Merriweather Post Paviliion at 410.715.5550. All food concessions at Merriweather are selected and managed by the venue. Please do not contact Capital Jazz Productions. Thank you.
