Information for Exhibitors
30th Annual Capital Jazz Fest – June 3-4, 2023
We will be accepting craft exhibitor applications for the Festival Marketplace at the 2023 Capital Jazz Fest. All applications are processed using the ZAPP system. Applications will open on January 17, 2023 on this web page.

Applications will be accepted until March 24, 2023.
Please note: The Festival Marketplace will be open on Saturday and Sunday only (June 3-4). The Marketplace will not be open on Friday, June 2.
Craft Exhibitors
The Festival Marketplace, located on the grounds of the Capital Jazz Fest, showcases domestic and international exhibitors displaying quality traditional and non-traditional crafts. If you are an artisan or crafter interested in exhibiting in the Festival Marketplace, you will need to submit a craft exhibitor application. Applications will be accepted until March 24, 2023.
Commercial Exhibitors
If you are a corporation or business selling anything other than crafts (traditional or non-traditional), you must apply as a commercial exhibitor. Applications will be accepted until May 19, 2023.

Food Concessions
If you would like to apply to be a food concessionaire for the Capital Jazz Fest, please contact Merriweather Post Pavilion at 410.715.5550. All food concessions at Merriweather are selected and managed by the venue. Please do not contact Capital Jazz Productions. Thank you.
