Group Sales

If you have a group of 12 or more persons attending the Capital Jazz Fest on the same festival-day, you are eligible to purchase group tickets. Group tickets are priced the same as General Admission Early-Bird tickets, but there are no per-ticket service charges. Group tickets are for general admission only and are not available for reserved Pavilion seating. Group tickets will be available until April 26, 2024 or until the event sells out, whichever comes first.

Group tickets must be purchased online using a credit or debit card. Group tickets are not available through TicketMaster, the Merriweather box office, or mail-order.

All group orders are subject to a flat $30 shipping charge, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. Your tickets will be shipped to you a few weeks prior to the festival.

VIP Packages for Two

The festival is offering a limited number of VIP Packages. The package includes two adjacent Floor seats in the Center Floor section (Section 100, first three rows), a VIP parking pass for one vehicle, and admission for two to the VIP Deck. The VIP Deck is a private area near the Pavilion Stage that features a cash bar, refreshment stand, and private rest rooms.

VIP packages must be purchased online using a credit or debit card. VIP packages are not available through TicketMaster, the Merriweather box office, or mail-order.

All VIP Package orders are subject to a flat $30 shipping charge, regardless of the number of packages purchased. Your tickets, parking pass, and VIP pass will all be shipped to you a few weeks prior to the festival.

IMPORTANT: Each VIP Package contains two (2) tickets. If two (2) persons will be attending the event, you will only need one (1) VIP Package.

VIP Packages are for one day’s admission only. If you will be attending the festival on multiple days, you will need to purchase a separate package for each day.

NOTE: Saturday and Sunday VIP Packages are sold out. Friday VIP Packages available while they last.
