Information for Exhibitors

Capital Jazz Fest 2020

NOTICE: Governor Hogan recently imposed an indefinite moratorium on public gatherings throughout the state of Maryland due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, we are forced to postpone our 28th annual Capital Jazz Fest, originally scheduled for June 5-7, 2020. If you have applied for exhibitor space at the festival, your application fee will be automatically refunded to you. Please allow a few weeks for these refunds to be processed.

Craft Exhibitors

All applications must be submitted using the ZAPP online application system. ZAPP members can log in to their ZAPP account at If you are not a ZAPP member, you may register for a free ZAPP account by clicking here.
